This is a very special manufacture that we developed with the estate. Twelve specially instructed pluckers pick the leaf & the manufacture is designed to retain the two leaves & a bud as whole as possible, so that upon brewing the leaves open. Green Kandyan Bloom Spl will be available in 125g cartons.
We recommend using half a teaspoon per cup or 2-3 teaspoons of leaf per 6 cup pot. Heat the freshly drawn water to 80 – 90 degrees C (176 – 194 degrees F). Once the heated water has been poured on to the leaf, stir vigorously for a couple times, to ensure that the leaf rises from the bottom of the pot. Brew for up to 3 minutes.
