This is a classic single estate Ceylon Nuwara Eliya which is grown at well over 6,000 feet in elevation. The area is known as ‘the Champagne region’ of teas. Located in the hills of Sri Lanka, the climate is cool with steady rainfall and fragrant sea air blowing through the mountains.
The liquor, whilst light in colour, is well developed in flavour & character having a slight citrus flavour & aroma. Best drunk without milk or sugar. Brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste.
