A light, clear, apricot coloured liquor, exceptionally bright with a hint of greeness to the leaf, with a fresh peaty aroma & flavour, also described by some palates as a lightly spiced, malty flavour with a hint of citrus. A highly popular, superb quality green tea.
We recommend using half a teaspoon per cup and brewing at 90C (194F) for 1-3 minutes
